His later roles in food innovation for meeting dietary guidance and for creating disruptive products for food-focused wellness companies, helped him also specialize in advising clients on how to translate food and nutrition science and research to support new product development and innovation. As an executive in the food industry, he established standards for products and portfolios that maximized the investments in ingredients and technologies to deliver what consumers and health advocates demand.
